During Production Inspection (DUPRO)

This quality control inspection is usually conducted when 25%- 50% of the production run is completed in order to determine that the supplier is fulfilling the terms of the specifications. If any requirements or suggestions for improvement were raised during the Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) then this inspection will verify that they were properly executed.
Who it’s for: Clients who want to make sure that their products are being manufactured accurately according to their standards.
How it’s conducted: A MyCom engineer manages and supervises the inspection process, creating the specification according to the client’s needs. An inspector is dispatech to the factory to conduct an inspection.
Why it’s important: This service provides the client with a virtual presence at the factory during production. This is a crucial point at which the client can directly check or change the production and avoid major failures in the production process. The next inspection will only occur once there is a final product. Therefore, this is the last point to impact the production process. Otherwise, problems will only be discovered at the end of production requiring costly repairs or replacements.
