We, then, follow up on the initial request, ask more questions, fill in any ensuing blanks and finalize the preliminary supplier profiling.
As the end product, our customer gains full understanding of each supplier’s specific characteristics, competence and production capacity – to move on to negotiating the concrete products and designing production guidelines.
As work methods, technical detailing and business approach vary greatly from country to country, it is crucial to know you options and to fully understand your counteragent’s strengths and weaknesses. Where necessary, we organize face-to-face meetings, additional inspections, interviews and audits – until the client feels secure, fully informed and ready to select.
